Herbert Attacks the EPF On Club Penguin (May 2011)

If you've recently been on Club Penguin, there’s no doubt that you’ve noticed the recent catastrophe that has taken place at the Everyday Phoning Facility. Check it out:

If you walk in to the Everyday Phoning Facility, you’ll notice a broken wall with ladders.

Now, if you walk up the ladder and go upstairs to the rooftop, you’ll notice Herbert!
