Club Penguin has released a new Times Issue newspaper! The newspaper states that Fair costumes are now in the Penguin Style Catalog and the Island is safe! The newspaper is below.
There is also a message from Director stating Herbert’s status. It is located below the picture of Rookie in the newspaper, with the line saying “Operation: Hibernation”

- September 15: Fair construction
- September 15: Fairy Fables Returns To The Stage
- September 22: The Fair!
