Club Penguin has released a new Times Issue newspaper for all penguins! This newspaper mostly speaks about what you can expect at the fair, and tells you what you can do too. There’s a little new feature added in this newspaper, there is a section where you can scroll over to see events that are happening! Check out the newspaper below.
